We highly recommend booking your
room(s) online. Our site is very secure and, best of
all, it can stay awake 24 hrs. a day! It will ensure you
the best availability of rooms and will give you an immediate
confirmation. Simply click on the red oval "Check Availability -
Make Reservation" button. There is one on every page of our site.
For reservations by phone, please call between 8am and 8pm Eastern Standard Time.
Check-in time is after 3pm and BY
APPOINTMENT ONLY. We ask for a time of arrival so that we may
personally check you in. If your plans should change and you have to
change your arrival time, we ask that you call us to let us know your
new arrival time as soon as you are able to. Please give us as much
notice as possible as it is quite likely that we may have made other
commitments that would prevent us from being available to check you in.
Because we are a small business run by the owners, we do not have staff
available to assist you with check-ins during our absence.
Our check out is at 11am.
PARKING: Parking in front of the house
on Third Street is by residential permit only Monday-Friday from 9am to
4pm. We have guest permits available for folks that prefer to park on
the street for convenience. We also have private, off-street parking
behind the house which is accessible via the alley from either Lee
Street (intersection before our house) or Bloom Street (first
intersection after you pass the house). You would take a left onto
either and enter the alley that runs between Third and Second streets.
Of course, no permit is required for our private spaces.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy states that the cancellation or changing of one room for one night must be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival otherwise the person that has reserved the room with his/her credit card will be held responsible for the accommodations. PLEASE NOTE: For reservations for 2 rooms and/or 1 room for 2 or more days the cancellation policy states that cancelling or changing rooms must be made at least ONE WEEK (7 days) prior to arrival otherwise the person that has reserved the room with his/her credit card will be held responsible for two nights accommodations per room. For reservations for 3 rooms or more the person that has reserved the room will be responsible for the two nights accommodations per room and a $100/room rebooking fee regardless of when the cancellation is made.
